Every Saturday morning one of your local councillors is available at Cheadle Hulme Library between 11am and 12 noon. On the first Saturday of every month, from 10.30-11.30 a surgery is held at Cheadle Library.

RBS Cheadle and Cheadle Hulme set to close

The Manchester Evening News is reporting that Cheadle and Cheadle Hulme’s Royal Bank of Scotland branch is one of those flagged to close, with the closure date being 8th August 2018. 162 branches are set to close across England, with almost 800 jobs being lost.

Lane Closure on Stockport Road

Contractors working on behalf of United Utilities will be undertaking works to replace a manhole frame and cover on Stockport Road, Cheadle, on the south side of Roscoes Roundabout. These works are scheduled to take place from 21:30 14th May to 00:30 15th May.

Lane Closures on Roscoe’s Roundabout

Network Rail will be undertaking works to install pigeon netting on their bridge on Roscoe’s Roundabout, Stockport Road, Cheadle, at the junction of Carrs Road. These works are scheduled to take place from 22:00 28th April to 08:00 29th April and will require the use of temporary lane closures.
